smarTaBox presented at group leader training of dPV Brandenburg

In preparation for the 4P pilot project, smarTaBox GmbH and anmed GmbH presented the solution and the new ANABOX Code7 to the group leaders of the dPV self-help groups in Brandenburg on October 21, 2022. The solution is to be tested by 100 members of the dPV in early 2023.

anmed GmbH and smarTaBox GmbH have entered into a partnership to market a new type of procedure for safe medication intake for patients.

smarTaBox (smart tablet box) is a patent-pending invention of the start-up of the same name. By printing the inner surfaces of the medication dispensers with QR codes and using a medication reminder app for the smartphone, the removal of the medication from the corresponding compartment is checked and correct intake is thus ensured.

anmed GmbH – market leader in Germany for medication dispensers – and manufacturer of the ANABOX® is planning a new product series for this purpose, especially for patients with a high daily need for medication (polymedication).

After a pilot test with members of the German Parkinson's Association e. V. (dPV) at the end of the year, the market launch is planned for the first quarter of 2023.
